1.0 – alexsolano.me does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason.
1.1 – alexsolano.me also does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the content of the material appearing on the site, its accuracy, completeness, timelessness or fitness for any particular purpose.
1.2 – To the full extent permissible by law, alexsolano.me disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the Site or any material appearing on alexsolano.me, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using alexsolano.me or any such material.

1.4 – alexsolano.me uses third parties imagery, stock images, content, non-published artwork as part of the website and portfolio. Not all logos, websites, imagery used in the portfolio are currently in used by their proprietors. Some of this images were created for a customer that did not finished the process and the imagery copyright is retained by alexsolano.me and I use it to enhance my portfolio as it is part of my showcase.
1.5 – alexsolano.me disclaims all responsibility and liability (including for negligence) in relation to information on or accessible from alexsolano.me.
s02 – What information do alexsolano.me collect?
2.1 – I collect information from you when you register on my site, place an order, subscribe to my newsletter or fill out a form.
2.2 – When ordering or registering on my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, social security number or Product Information.
2.3 – Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

I’m not responsible for hijacked data from third parties or anything outside my control.

The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
s04 – How do alexsolano.me protects your collected information?
4.1 – I implement, outsource, or use third party services for a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
4.2 – I offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the specified payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
4.3 – After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to facilitate future transactions as you will be able to see active credit card information in your profile, erase, edit, etc. Information in the database will be subject to encryption and will only be decoded by my server.
s05 – Do alexsolano.me uses cookies?
5.1 – Yes.
5.2 – Definition of a cookie: (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.
5.3 – My website uses cookies to help remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that I can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. I may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding my site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on my behalf except to help us conduct and improve my business.
5.4 – If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of my services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders by contacting customer service.

6.1 – I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. I may also release your information when I believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce my site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

7.1 – Occasionally, at my discretion, I may include or offer third party products or services on my website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. I therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, I seek to protect the integrity of my site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
s08 – California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
8.1 – Because I value your privacy I have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. I therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of my site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
s09 – Children Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
9.1 – I am in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act), I do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. My website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

10.1 – This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through my website and not to information collected offline.

11.1 – By using my site, you consent to my web site privacy policy.

12.1 – If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes on this page, I will not send an email notifying you of any changes, and/or update to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible to check this page and the date below to ensure you have the latest policy. In addition I will create an update on the news/article system to log the update to better serve you.

s13 – Terms and Conditions
13.1 – Web Hosting Terms
13.1.a – alexsolano.me is a leading service provider in the IT industry, providing the best of facilities at competitive market rates. However, recent detection of misuse of my services have compelled me to take action against the violating clients and also lay down a few terms and conditions. I own the sole rights to discontinue the services or deny access to anyone who fails to comply with the rules implemented by me, without any warning or prior notice.
13.1.b – The Terms & Conditions to be followed have been listed below.
Any inconvenience caused to the CUSTOMER SUPPORT in terms of threatening, abusing or annoying will be considered very serious and results in suspension of your account.
13.1.c – alexsolano.me does not provide any support to sub clients.
13.1.d – Misuse of the allotted server space, bandwidth, and server resources by the client will lead to reduction in the space and facility given.
13.1.e – Distribution of free email IDs or Webspace to any person other than the ones related to the website owner or the company automatically gives alexsolano.me the rights to decrease the number of email IDs provided.
13.1.f – Any illegal activity detected on a website will lead to sealing of the same by us with immediate effect, as per the IT rules laid out by the USA and International IT Act.
13.1.g – Intentionally tampering (Hacking or sending virus) of my server by a client will see the account suspended and will be reported to the authorities.
13.1.h – Customers are advised to maintain data backups on their home computers or CDs to ensure that they have ready access to their data in case I have a hardware failure. However, such cases are rare in occurrence, but cannot be avoided sometimes. This is why I recommend all my clients to take regular backups for all their important e-mails and data by forwarding mails to other domain email IDs or by using Outlook.
13.1.i – Customers should also maintain their payment confirmation details that have been paid to us for activation of the orders. It is also advisable to maintain the backup of my first mail which is sent to you after activation of your order and contains your User ID and password. By using the details provided, I will be able to provide you Technical/Billing support and activation/renew/control panel/reset password facility etc.
13.1.j – I reserve the right to change prices listed on my site, and to increase/decrease the amount of resources given to plans at any time.
13.1.k – Abuse of SMTP Mail Server
If any of the email id will be misuse the mail server then I will suspended his hosting account.
13.1.l – Network security
In case of any tampering done to my network security, I will take an immediate action against the respective hosting account.
13.1.m – Spam Policy
Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam) are not allowed in e-mail IDs and may result in cancellation of the account.
13.1.n – Abuse of Traffic
If any customer violates the company’s policies in site transfer or misuse of bandwidth, alexsolano.me can decrease its allotted Traffic quota or suspended his account with out any prior notice.
13.1.o – Late/Non-Payment
72 hours past your due date, your account will be suspended ($19.99 for Hosting/Reseller Packages reactivation fee will apply).
13.1.p – Abuse of Space
As per my policies, at least 90% of your web pages (HTML, PHP, ASP, etc…) must be “Linked” with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) which is stored in my server. Web space must not be used by your visitor for free upload, download heavy size file. Web sites containing a large number of unlinked files or using server space for data storing purpose are subject to deletion of files otherwise I will cancellation the account without prior notice.

Customers can not run IRC, bots or clients on servers
Customers are also prohibited from running Bulk E-mailing, Unsolicited E-mailing, Newsgroup Spamming, Pornographic Content, Illegal Content, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, Warez, Cracks, and Software Serial Numbers, Audio or video streaming, Phishing,Fraud, Spam, Gambling, Arcade Gaming, Nulled Scripts, File Hosting, Proxy, Torrentflux or similar, Rapidleech or similar websites
13.1.q – Large File Policy
alexsolano.me is not for file hosting and distribution – as such, customers may not host any files larger than 150GB in size that are observed to be available for the sole purpose of download. Such files include but are not limited to .ISO, audio/video files, .EXE files. If you are unsure whether your file is against this policy, please e-mail us on webhosting@redpixelgroup.com
13.1.r – Resource Usage
1) Use 15% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
2) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
3) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
4) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
5) vBSEO is not allowed on shared servers.
6) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492, etc
13.1.s – Abuse Complaints
All abuse complaints must be responded to no later than 48 hours after the complaint is made. Failure to reply may result in account termination. alexsolano.me reserves the right to remove files which do not adhere to my terms of service, local, state, or federal laws.
13.2 – Logo, Illustrations and Web Design Terms
alexsolano.me is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your logo design, illustration or web design order, alexsolano.me asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision.
All the information is strictly for the use of alexsolano.me and its associated branches, it will not be shared with any other third party outside my unity. alexsolano.me uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your privacy when you place an on-line order.
Any idea provided by the client: sketch, copy, fax, file that alexsolano.me is asked to use in the logo design process removes its responsibility from any copyright violation or warranties. In such circumstances alexsolano.me cannot guarantee the originality of its work and therefore will not be held liable for any damages or violations.
Unlimited Logo Design means; Initially you will receive 2 samples if you don’t like them you will receive 1 samples according to your feedback until satisfied or until alexsolano.me understand no more changes are required, any additional change will compromise the quality of the design in a negative way.
Unlimited Stationary means: Initially I will send you 1 complete stationary concepts which includes the design of Business Card,LetterHead and Envelope designs. IF you do not like the design concept you may ask for a new design based on your feedback and I will send you ONE more design until satisfied or until alexsolano.me understand no more changes are required, any additional change will compromise the quality of the design in a negative way.
The default colors used for the logos is CMYK format unless specified before the start of the project that you require PMS (Pantone) Any format change after the start of the project will have an additional charge of $25 per color if spot color was an option. If artwork needs to be fully re-colored, the fee will be charged by the hour. Hourly rate will be specified at the time of taking action based in “agenda availability x h/r rate“.
The source file will be in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format. The regular formats that will be sent are PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS, GIF and PSD. Additional formats can be required upon request.
alexsolano.me will provide complete ownership and copyrights to the customer for the designs when the product is delivered. Before the finalisation of the project, the ownership and copyrights will be held by alexsolano.me. In case of any refund or discontinuity of the project, the rights will not be transferred to the client.
Projects which are left inactive (no revision requests, email notification with revision requests, or phone contact regarding the design of any project), without notifying alexsolano.me , for more than 1 month are subject to an Inactivity Fee in order to re-open your project once you return to complete your project. This fee is used to cover search, project/design re-acquaintance, and designer workload restructuring associated with the project inactivity.

alexsolano.me reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily, your order for any product or service offered by alexsolano.me, your Contract and/or your access to the alexsolano.me Site web site, at any time and without prior notice. By interacting with my website, emailing alexsolano.me and or any method in which you have contacted alexsolano.me, you agree that alexsolano.me shall not be liable to you or any third party for any rejection, cancellation or termination of your order, your Contract or your access to the alexsolano.me web site.
In the event that the client or alexsolano.me (rejects, cancels, terminates and/or claim refund), the Contract or the order for a reason other than the client breach or non-performance under the Contract, alexsolano.me will return any amounts prepaid by the client relating to the rejected, canceled, refunded or terminated Contract or order within 30 days. If the project has more than 10 days of being started/programmed a 50% of the total amount will be held to cover down time. If final samples of the current project has been emailed to you or to a third party working your project in any shape or form, specially hi-resolution imagery or vectors a 100% fee will apply.
alexsolano.me will always listen to their customers, but sometimes it is necessary to remind the customer that experience is sometimes right. As part of my challenge to maintain my product quality, alexsolano.me will also challenge the mind of the client to ensure that the final product is exactly what years of experience have crafted and at the same time what the client is looking for.
The alexsolano.me “mark” = symbol/icon/logo will be placed in the website footer to redirect users that are experiencing technical difficulties to the parent website where from there they will be able to contact the webmaster. It is not up to the client to determine the position of the “mark” as a professional designer will definitely choose a place with minimal impact to the overall design. The removal of the “mark” breaks these Terms and Conditions. Removal can be negotiated with us at any time. Some fees will apply.
Special pricing versus sale offers
Often a quote will be given with an specific price. If the circulating offer is greater than the amount quoted the offer will take precedence over any other quotes given. The use of more than one discount per purchase is not acceptable and will not take place.
The Loyalty Program
Distinguished client will receive access to the loyalty program. This program enrols the client to an automatic 10% OFF the sub-sequential invoice. The member will receive special promotions and special treatment and agenda time based on previous projects and the freelancer’s judgement at the time of any given quote in voice or written.
* alexsolano.me recommends that all voice quotes should be re-iterate and compose in a written format to avoid irregularities and specification issues.
